BRAND'S may request for specific information from you such as (but not limited to) name, identity number, address, gender, email address, telephone number and age ("Personal Information") in BRAND'S' registration/membership/contest/order form.

All information collected will be processed in accordance with this Privacy Policy, and by providing BRAND'S your information you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

From time to time, BRAND'S may have contests or competitions for which BRAND'S may require you to provide us with additional personally identifying information and in such cases BRAND'S may modify this Privacy Policy for the particular contest or competition accordingly. In entering such contest or competition, you agree to the provision of such additional personally identifying information and consent to the use of such information in accordance with the provisions of any modified Privacy Policy applicable to the relevant contest or competition.

BRAND'S may from time to time use your email address to contact you and/or disclose your Personal Information to third party agents to perform certain functions for us, such as contact you about the latest promotional offer, competition, product launch, credit card processing, delivering package, fulfilling orders or analysing data. In those cases, BRAND'S will provide only the information necessary for the performance of those specific functions. BRAND'S will cease using your Personal Information for any form of direct marketing within 10 days upon receiving a request from you regarding the same.

BRAND'S also reserves the right to disclose your Personal Information if compelled or requested to do so by any competent judicial, governmental or regulatory body, or otherwise as permitted by the laws of Malaysia or any other relevant jurisdictions.

Please do not feel obligated to submit your Personal Information to BRAND'S if you do not wish to do so.

The above obligations shall not apply or shall cease to apply to the Personal Information that has become public knowledge other than through disclosure by BRAND'S.

Children and young people below 21 years of age should get permission from their parents or guardians before they submit personal information to the Site.
